Terms for Return of Goods

1. Right to Return

The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without providing any reason and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt. After this period expires, the customer loses the right to request an unconditional return.

2. Return Process

To return a product, please ensure that:

• The product is in its original condition, undamaged, and unused;
• It includes all parts and accompanying documents provided at the time of purchase (for example, warranty card, information leaflet, or other materials);
• The original packaging is intact (opening the box to inspect the product is acceptable).

If the item is missing any required components or documentation, you will be notified within 48 hours after Yves Rocher receives your return request, and the product may be sent back to you.

3. How to Request a Return

Our representatives will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your request to coordinate the return procedure. Once the returned item is received and confirmed eligible for an unconditional return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

4. Delivery and Return Costs

Within Tbilisi, Yves Rocher will cover the cost of returning items. For other regions, return handling may take 5–10 working days, depending on courier routes and logistics.

5. Exceptions to Unconditional Returns

Unconditional returns are not possible in the following cases:

• The product is perishable or has a short shelf life;
• The product is sealed for hygiene reasons and its airtight seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. cosmetic creams, perfumes, or beauty products);
• The product has been inseparably mixed with another item due to its nature upon delivery;
• The product is a sealed audio/video recording or software, and the seal has been broken;
• The product is a magazine, newspaper, or other periodical publication (unless purchased by subscription);
• The price of the item is less than 30 GEL;
• Any parts, accessories, or documents included at the time of purchase are missing;
• The packaging (box, bottle, seal) is damaged and cannot be restored to its original condition (opening the packaging to inspect the product is not considered damage).

6. Non-Delivery Result

If the product cannot be delivered to the customer due to an incorrect address or other reason caused by the customer, our customer support team will attempt to reach the customer again within a reasonable time to arrange redelivery. If repeated delivery is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the customer, Yves Rocher reserves the right to cancel the order after 10 days and refund the amount paid within 5 working days.
