1. General Information

Yves Rocher is committed to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery of your favorite beauty products throughout Georgia. Orders placed through www.yvesrocher.ge are processed and shipped only on working days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Areas and Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location:

Tbilisi: Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Other major cities and regions: Delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days.
Remote or mountainous areas: Delivery may take up to 7–10 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Cost

Free delivery applies to all orders over 100 GEL. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee applies, which will be displayed during checkout before confirming your order.

4. Delivery Method

Deliveries are carried out through authorized courier partners. Upon dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email notification with delivery details and expected arrival time. The courier will contact you before delivery to confirm the address and convenient delivery time.

5. Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that you (or an authorized representative) are available at the delivery address to receive the package. Upon delivery, inspect the parcel before signing the courier form. If the package or product appears damaged, please inform the courier immediately and contact us at info@yvesrocher.ge.

6. Undelivered Orders

If the courier cannot deliver your order due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, our support team will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If redelivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer, Yves Rocher reserves the right to cancel the order after 10 days and refund the paid amount within 5 working days.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Yves Rocher delivers only within the territory of Georgia. International shipping options may be added in the future — updates will be announced on our website.
