Fulfillment of the monetary obligation does not result in termination of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are regulated and interpreted in accordance with Georgian legislation. The place of performance of obligations under the Terms and Agreement by the parties is considered to be Georgia. Any dispute or disagreement related to these Terms or its interpretation is resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the parties do not reach an agreement through negotiations within 30 (thirty) calendar days, they unconditionally agree to, if desired, resort to other means of dispute resolution granted to them by Georgian legislation.

Changes will be made by Yves Rocher without prior notice to the user, however, in case of making essential changes to the Terms, the user must again declare their consent to them in order to continue receiving services without interruption.
